Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Private Guidance sessions are scheduled exclusively for you.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice and I will be happy to arrange an alternative appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a no-show and the session will be forfeited.

Should I need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, you will be offered an alternative appointment at the earliest available opportunity.

By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
